The PPC Consultants here at Broadplace (Google SME Premier Partner) have just completed the ISMM Diploma in Sales and Marketing with saleslearn.com. We’re really proud of their achievement. This qualification, coupled with the in-house training that Broadplace provides, means that potential customers will receive an even better first point-of-contact and continued top-level support throughout the sales process.
The Broadplace team is excellent at providing clients with bespoke solutions that help them grow their business. Delivered over a 4-month period, this work-based learning programme consisted of a mix of online study, personal coaching sessions and practical sales tasks and resulting in the team gaining the UK’s de-facto sales qualification – the ISMM Diploma in Sales and Marketing. We have already seen a record number of SME’s online this June (2015) – a 36% increase on the previous month and 57% increase as compared to Q1 this year.
It’s not just our sales team that are continuing to grow. Our account management team have been attaining Google certification left, right and centre! On top of this, they’ve met and exceeded targets in the last 3 quarters consecutively – in terms of best practice and discovering new opportunities for our fantastic clients.
The upshot? We’re never satisfied to rest on our laurels. We are continually seeking ways to grow our team’s knowledge and skills and, ultimately, helping our customers to grow their businesses through being the having the best SEO, SMO and PPC consultant on their side
